Agreement summary

Plain-language summary of the one-page creator agreement. The signed agreement governs — have it checked by anyone you trust before signing.

1. Parties

PureElevate (legal entity to be confirmed — see the Imprint) and you, the creator: 18 or older, ID-verified before onboarding, with your identity documents held securely and used only for age and identity verification.

2. Services

Promotion across Reddit, Instagram, TikTok and X funnels; content strategy; fan-chat management (AI-assisted drafting, always human-sent); a weekly numbers report.

3. Compensation

30% of net earnings — subscriptions, PPV, tips and messages, as actually paid out by the platform, never a percentage of gross. Calculated monthly from your own platform statements. We invoice you after your payout has landed, and payment is due within 7 days.

4. Term

Month-to-month. Either party can end it with 30 days' written notice. No penalties for ending early.

5. Ownership

You own all content, accounts, logins and fan lists, without exception. We never hold your payout credentials. Any access we need to help run your page comes through the platform's own team or chatter permissions, or shared credentials you can revoke at any time.

6. Exclusivity

Non-exclusive — you're free to work with anyone else. The one condition: no second agency providing the same services in parallel, so your fan chat doesn't run into conflicting messages from two teams at once.

7. Data & privacy

We process fan data only to provide the agreed services, delete it on termination, and never resell it. See the full Privacy Policy for details.

8. Content rules

Only legal, age-verified, consensual content. We can decline to work with anything that breaks a platform's terms of service or the law.

9. Liability

We're not liable for platform bans, chargebacks, or any income outcome. We make no earnings guarantees or promises — see the split calculator for how the arithmetic works, not a projection of what you'll earn.

10. Post-termination

No non-compete. We remove our team's access to your accounts within 48 hours of the notice period ending, and the final invoice covers only the period we actually served.

11. Law & venue

Governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in the signed agreement.

Red flags we deliberately don't have: a commission on gross rather than net, a 6–12 month lock-in, an agency that holds your login or payouts, any transfer of content ownership, exit fees, and a non-compete after you leave. If another agency's contract includes any of these, that's worth asking them about directly.

This page summarizes the outline of the agreement for transparency before you apply. It is not the signed contract and not legal advice — read the actual agreement, and have someone you trust look it over, before signing anything.
