What we collect, via the application form
Stage name, email, Instagram and/or TikTok handle, platform (OnlyFans/Fansly/other), link to your page, an approximate earnings range, what you want help with, your country, how you heard of us, and your confirmation checkboxes (age, self-application, privacy consent).
Why we collect it
To assess your application and respond to it — deciding whether we're a fit, and if so, arranging an intro call and onboarding.
Lawful basis
Steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and your consent given via the application checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Applications we don't proceed with are deleted after 12 months. If we identify and contact you as a prospective creator based on your public profile (rather than you applying to us), we hold only your public handle and brief notes, and delete these after 90 days if you don't reply. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete this data sooner, at any time.
For that second case — creators we approach rather than who apply — this notice also serves as our Article 14 disclosure: the source of the data is your own public social profile, and we hold nothing beyond the handle and notes described above.
Who sees it
We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. It's processed by our own team and by the infrastructure providers below.

Cookies & tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party trackers. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond standard, temporary web server logs kept for security purposes.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or erase your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@pureelevate.eu and we'll respond promptly. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec) at www.ip-rs.si.
